According to a State Controller’s Office (SCO) representative from the Local Reimbursement Section (Local Government Programs and Services Division), the Controller cut checks for the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Annual Claims on Friday, August 14 and will be dropped in the mail on Monday, August 17. Those checks should arrive no later than Monday, August 24 and will be addressed to the City/County Treasurer or Fiscal Officer.
